7. Approve a Conservation Easement Agreement between Phillip S. Rucks, individually, and Phillip Rucks Citrus Nursery, Inc. and Polk County for the purchase of a conservation easement over property located within the Avon Park Air Force Range encroachment buffer zone environmental lands project. ($485,000 one-time expense)

9. Approve a contract with Peace River Center for Personal Development, Inc. to provide staffing in support for the Helping Achieve Targeted Comprehensive Healthcare (HATCH) Program. ($186,509 not-to-exceed, three-year expense)

11. Approve a construction contract with Watson Civil Construction, Inc. for the Lake Wilson Widening Project. ($19,204,371.81 one-time expense)
